are you sure?  from what i can tell, Sub-Adr=Routing has to do with
using ISDN sub-addresses (specified in addition to the 7 digit phone
number).  we were just trying to do it based on routing the calls
via the DNIS info.  (by the way, i have since confirmed that our
PRI provider is definitely not providing us with DNIS info...so
that was defintely a/the problem).

for what it's worth, i did also try using the Sub-Adr=Routing in conjunction
with the Ans# parameters, and that didn't seem to work either....perhaps
the ISDN sub address stuff isn't being passed to us from our PRI
provider?
