I have also seen this. The upgrade from 6.1.0 to 6.1.3 to fix the memory
leaks leads to our customers getting disconnected at random.

We value our customers highly, so we decided to go with high quality
equipment. It would be a perfect world if Ascend would do the same.

Otherwise, we might have to replace all our Ascend dialin boxen with working
equipment.
