Kurt's Euro version of RSA uses the new RES-RSA shell package that I created
last week. It has a different setup from the current U.S. version of RES-RSA
2.9 which I released last week. I was planning to release the updated U.S.
package at the same time as Kurt, but I guess he beat me to it.

The shell package provides the same interface for the Vanilla server to
use. You probably should have waited on the U.S. version. It has a redone
mkkey which uses GMP only. It has been tested to autodetect and work with
both GMP 1.3.2 and 2.0.2.

You aren't breaking any laws, but you are violating RSA's patent. I doubt
they'll prosecute, though. But if you want to be safe, I'd update to
U.S. RES-RSA 2.9.1 when I release it later today. It is identical to
Kurts' 2.9 release except for the crypto routines.
