 I don't agree.  Well, I sort of don't agree.  I think it's ridiculous to
mandate that all TV's have this feature.  But I think it is a desirable
feature for a lot of people.

 It allows you as a parent to make a choice about what your own children
watch.

 Which is far preferable than parents everywhere making decisions about what
I'm allowed to watch.


 Now if we can just convince Americans that watching guys blow up buildings
is not better than watching babes in bikini's.   But for some reason here,
A-Team reruns have far better ratings than Babewatch. :)
